We have been trying to run the dinners efficiently by
requesting reservations by the first Tuesday of the month. Thanks to
everyone who has done so – but there are still too many late ‘walk ins’.
Reservations made after the first Tuesday of the month will now be
$20.00 per plate
.
All members are required to display their membership card when using
the club ranges
. If you do not display your card, then do not get angry when another
member asks if you are a member. We have too many trespassers not to
check for cards. Range Rules and Code of Conduct are
posted here: wrg/club/
No shooting before 9:00 am. It is posted and we should
all know that – but someone started shooting a little after 8:00. We
need to be good neighbors - No shooting before 9:00 am
Roundup
We are looking to start a mentor program. More than a
couple of our members are NRA instructors or have other instructional
credentials. It was suggested that possibly some of these members could
be available for instruction to other members that may be just starting
out or want help with their shooting skills. Anyone interested in
mentoring, please contact me at
scottr@wrg.club
.
Dinner Meetings! Good food; good time – but
Cooks are needed!
Please consider volunteering to head a team for one of our upcoming
dinner meetings. Our Dinner Committee trainer, Glenn Pomerantz, can
help guide you through the effort. Contact Glenn at 845.656.1284 or
gapref01@gmail.com
for more info.
We are looking for a few members to consider
contributing to the club leadership. Get involved in the Board of
Directors – start by stopping in for a meeting or two. Interested? – let
me know
scottr@wrg.club
.
Due to the generosity of one of our members, we have a
