Just So You Know

The elections for club officers were held at the January meeting. We do have a new president, but please join us in recognizing the 10 years that Marianne Lang has been the Club President. Marianne has selflessly dedicated time and effort and been at every BOD and Membership meeting in addition to membership and newsletter duties. Thanks Marianne!!!!!

2026 dues were due by January 1st. Amounts, schedules and how to pay are at wrg.club/dues . You can pay your 2026 dues online at wrg.club/payment .

Spring Project and Clean Up Day will be April 25th . Ranges are closed for the day – but you can still stop by and lend a hand. We will be doing the following: grounds cleanup, building new bases for target stands at the Rimfire and 300 yard ranges, painting trap fence and trap houses as well as a couple other projects that are still being finalized.

We have been trying to run the dinners efficiently by requesting reservations by the first Tuesday of the month. Thanks to everyone who has done so – but there are still too many late ‘walk ins’. Reservations made after the first Tuesday of the month will now be $20.00 per plate .

Roundup

We are looking to start a mentor program.More than a couple of our members are NRA instructors or have other instructional credentials. It was suggested that possibly some of these members could be available for instruction to other members that may be just starting out or want help with their shooting skills. Anyone interested in mentoring, please contact me at scottr@wrg.club .
