The monthly club business meeting is held at the clubhouse on the second Tuesday of the month (except July and August) at 7:30pm.

When possible, there will be a dinner for club members immediately prior starting at 6:30 PM with the business meeting following immediately after.

The dinner is hosted by member volunteers and will be held except if

1) there are no volunteers for the dinner committee for that month
2) There is no dinner nor business meeting in July and August
3) Weather conditions create an unsafe environment.

A notice advising if there will be a dinner meeting the next month will be on the site home page and will be posted as soon as possible depending on the kitchen committee arrangements.

Dinner is $15.00 per plate.

Advance reservations are required so the dinner committee can ensure there is enough good stuff for everyone.
Reservations should be received no later than the first Tuesday of the month for the dinner meeting that month.
