How is this going to happen?
We are transforming one of the buildings on the property into a Youth Activity Center for indoor events.
This building and surrounding area will support family camping weekends along with the archery and shooting ranges.
First Things First.....
The building has not been used in 2 or 3 years; so, cleaning it up is essential before mid-August so it can serve as a shelter and activity space.
We have scheduled cleanup dates for June 19 (early morning) and June 20 (10 a.m.), as well as July 10 (morning hours) or July 11 (10 a.m.).
We’ll need at least two cleanup days and supplies such as disinfectant and cleaning tools.
Our first event will be a family camping trip from 6:00 p.m. on August 21 to 11:00 a.m. on August 23, 2026.
This event will feature an inflatable BB gun range and various activities.
We also plan to have potluck meals and a Saturday night bonfire.
This event aims to kick off the youth program and foster connections among families.
The first youth .22 shooting event is scheduled for September 19, 2026, with volunteers available to teach safety and shooting skills.
BB guns will be provided for younger participants.
We need volunteers for the committee to help organize the events as well as event supervision. If you are interested or want more info,
send us an email at
